IMPS (UK)’s specialist diesel engine workshop and machine shop is a purpose built facility for the reconditioning and manufacture of diesel engine components.

The comprehensive workshop and qualified technicians are fully equipped to overhaul all diesel engine components, including specialist reconditioning of:

• Connecting Rods
• Cylinder Liners
• Valve Cages
• Pistons
• Fuel Pumps
• Fuel Injectors
• Charge Air Coolers / Coolers (Ultrasonic Cleaning on Site)
• Turbochargers

COMPLETE ENGINE OVERHAULS

Due to the large amount of workshop space and heavy duty lifting available complete large engine overhauls can also be conducted on site.

Sometimes this can be more cost effective than overhauling in situ, especially if the concerned engine has a large amount of accumulated hours and a comprehensive overhaul is required.
